The buffet style menu will feature 3 entrees:
Roast Prime Rib of Beef (carved on site), Baked Chicken, and Filet of Sole.

The vegetable selection will include:
Au Gratin potatoes and California blend vegetables.

The Salads will include:
Fresh Garden tossed salad and a fresh fruit bowl.

And the Desserts will consist of a selection of:
Assorted pies, cakes, cookies, and ice cream.
